Shoes Asics Gel-DS Trainer were introduced to the market in 1995. It was a lighter response to the Gel-Kayano 2. In fact, the model should be named Asics Gel-Duosole Trainer. Designers had put a lot of pressure on low weight, partly at the expense of the support. In the sole were introduced new inserts - T-Gel P-Gel and "slimed down" was also the the upper, and had been even minimized the amounts of the inner lining. Gel-DS Trainer thanks to its specificity and characteristic design has recieved many supporters and has been already made into dozens of versions.
